Bloody Burma

While complaining about dictators, I forgot to vent about Burma.

How can any one not dispise a regime controlled by generals who starve and impoverish their own people and spending massive amounts on military buildup, ranging from bunkers and tunnels, to long rang surface missles and nuclear weapons. The generals can live lavishly while the democratically elected leader - Aung San Suu Ky - has been under hour arrest for 14 out of the past 20 years (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aung_San_Suu_Kyi)

Lets not forget how the generals ignored their people who, due to low lying deltas, suffered particularly badly from the boxing day tsunami.
