Having recently taken over as the Director of Services at Netcat, I'm looking to move our software development to a Agile Scrum process.
We already use Netsuite for a range of things from financials to support tickets and timesheets.
I'm interested in whether anyone knows of or offers a Netsuite plugin that provides better support for a formal Agile Scrum methodology and Scrum sprints.
This includes support for
• Sprint Backlogs and Product Backlogs + you can define your own Backlogs
• Requirement, Task, User Story and Bug Ticket Types, each with different fieldsets like Story Points, Business Value Points ...
• Tickets can be linked, for example you want your Tasks to be associated with a Requirement
• Product Owner, Scrum Master and "Team Member" user roles / permissions
• Users can be divided into Teams and their work capacity can be entered
• Burndown Charts and other Reports
• Story Points / Time calculation
